Southern Company announces quarterly dividend

Southern Company today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 66 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable Sept. 7, 2021, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 16, 2021.

Every quarter for more than 70 years Southern Company has paid a dividend to its shareholders that is equal to or greater than the previous quarter.
